"The ‘Last Supper’ is one of our favourite family games. We play constantly; by ourselves around the kitchen table, with friends on holiday; in the car on the school run. It never fails to excite." says Willows.
Introducing our guest this month - the inimitable Alfred Newall - creator of fine furniture and fitted interiors based in London and Sussex.

As always we ask:

What would you have for your last meal on earth? A drink, a starter, main course and pudding? You never get full and you can be wherever you want in the world…

Lately I’ve become very keen on cocktail making. I make margaritas about three times a week! I've also been collecting different varieties of Tequila, mostly chosen for bottle design.

Let's start with one of those made in a shaker with family and friends somewhere in the warn summer sun.

For a starter I would choose Steak Tatare. Raw egg, capers, chopped onion, lots of pepper and Worcestershire sauce. I love the mixing of all the ingredients and making it very spicy.

For the main course I would like a plateau de fruit de mer with lobster, oysters, langoustine, clams, scallops and periwinkles (mostly for the theatre) served on a raised silver platter washed down with lots of Guinness.

I think to finish things off a knickerbocker glory would be perfect!
