Tomorrow I will have the great pleasure of chatting with the wonderful Clodagh McKenna who needs no introduction. She is of course the Irish cook and TV personailty whose 10th cookbook and new TV series launches this month. Clodagh lives on the sustainable farm, Broadspeer, here in England and as well as being a brilliant cook, is a keen gardener, grower and flower enthusiast.
