Friday Seedlings

Happy Friday!
I hope you’ve had a good week?
This week I felt the holiday juggle peak - so much ferrying around of children and admin and appointments and back-to-school/new school start things I have been putting off, all layered in with work resuming after actual ‘away away’ holidays. Do any of you feel the same? I mean, how is it Friday!? Knowing it’s a bank holiday weekend is wonderful but it makes the week before vanish in a flash, does it not?
So without further ado, I am wishing you a very, very happy end-of-summer-bank-holiday bonanza! Take some time for you in the sunshine if you can… if you have time to be in the garden, now is the time for cutting back your lavender, deadheading your annuals and collecting seeds. And if you have time to play with flowers, I’m still enjoying my new found love of a dahlia/ zinnia/cosmos combo.
After the paywall... a bank holiday look for the last of the summer wine, 6 pieces from the new Zara Home collection, plus a delicous courgette tart recipe I made with my mum last weekend from Julius Roberts (perfect for bank holiday), & more…
