Our first full moon of the year which came along this week, traditionally known as the Wolf Moon, is steeped in rich symbolism and natural phenomena. Historically named for the howling wolves heard during the cold winter nights, this lunar event marks both a time of reflection and an opportunity for renewal. I hope you found it grounding rather than howling this week!
For me, the week has been a mix of arctic sporting sidelines, a lot of driving, defrosting flowers and some very exciting plans coming together for our summer (yes, there will be summer again!) tabletop collection that I am having so much fun designing… And a little time spent on writing my book from the comfort of home which feels like a very January sort of thing to do!
In this week’s newsletter, I share 5 things on my mind (from chicken soup to beauty sleep to travel dreaming, a handy health app and the fashion collab getting me in a frenzy); plus a round up of dopamine-boosting work out kit to exercise - or be comfy at home in; and I answer your ‘Ask Me Anything’ questions!

5 things on my mind…
1. Beauty Sleep

One of my favourite things to do this month, is go to bed early with a good book (some of our wishlist here) and my favourite Sisley velvet sleeping mask on. I mean, rock and roll, or what?! Emerging in the morning with smooth(er) skin is just the type of little win on a dark, wintery morning I can get on board with.
