Happy Friday! We’re on the downhill to February, you might be happy to know, and that means we’re also half way or more to Spring! You just might be finding January a breeze but for many of us, it takes quite some effort to remain positive and joyful when it’s a little gloomy and dark outside. So this Friday’s edition is all about colour, joy, movement and faking it ‘til we make it…

In my video on Sunday, I felt a bit flat to be perfectly honest - the weather outside was awful and I didn’t feel very motivated despite loving playing with masses of iris bulbs. However, so many of you messaged me to ask about my glow! I couldn’t believe the irony. So I thought I’d share my secret as I’m definitely and very obviously, faking it at this time of year. But I guess if we can all feel a bit more glow-y and sunshiny on the outside it helps, right?

Baby Kiwis in the depths of winter!

This week I was walking in the breathtakingly beautiful Cornbury Estate in Charlbury, and to my utter surprise and delight, I found tropical baby kiwi fruits in the wild! They looked so beautiful to me against the lichen-stained wall but when I got home and opened them - the vibrant green was like a jolt of summer in my veins, and they tasted so sweet and delicious, it was hard to believe. A reminder that there is beauty and life in every season if we take the time to look…

Faking My Glow

This time last year I shared what product combo I used to ‘fake my glow’ and a year on, I’m still doing the same thing and, apparently, it works! On Sunday I felt less than rosy on my Insta video, but so many of you messaged me on instagram to ask me about glow/bronzer secret! So here goes…
