Happy Friday!

It’s our last Friday Seedling of January! Next week we skip a week, as our bumper February edition is out on Sunday 1st of February.

Not one to wish away any month of the year but I do get excited about the prospect of longer days, and a proper countdown to Spring. This week I’ve been working on my book (the launch in Spring next year will come around before we know it!) and a very exciting product collaboration I can’t wait to share with you! I’ve also been doing a lot of driving between school appointments and feel a need to get some more podcasts and audio books in my playlist for the long drives. I’ll be asking your advice in chats over the next week and I am excited to get your recommends.

In this week’s dispatch - where to source and how to grow Icelandic poppies (AKA January joy), a happy, healthy daily juice recipe, the most exciting spring fashion collab, lovely lingerie, a gorgeous pilates studio, ceramic flowers for each month of the year & more…

Also, a reminder to join our chat - this year I’m getting into this function of Substack more. It’s different to notes, in that we can have direct chit chat, so please join and we'll chat soon!

Movement & Connection

If you’re struggling to get moving this month, you’re not alone. It’s a month or hibernation after all. There are many at home classes and apps that are brilliant if you don’t want to leave the house but for that extra motivational oomph and feeling of connection, nothing beats a group class. In a gorgeous light-filled studio? Even better…

Chloe’s Pilates is well known in the Cotswolds and, thanks to, the Deliciously Ella App and Chloe’s own online classes, a name known wherever you may be. But if you’re in the Cotswolds or visiting, the exciting news is that Chloe has opened her own studio this month in a beautiful light-filled barn in a picturesque countryside setting. Expect expertly curated playlists, energising flows and a joyful atmosphere where clients can work hard, move beautifully and leave feeling elevated, empowered and smiling!

Located at The Old Coal Yard, Gagingwell Chipping Norton OX7 4EF. More information here.

Poppies for January Joy

In my Sunday video, there was lot of love for the Icelandic Poppies - and rightly so, any pop of colour equals joy in this bleak month of January! I’ve had lots of questions, so here’s a bit more about where I source mine at this time of year and how you can grow your own from seed…
