Philip Khoury's Banana Bread

This is an easy staple recipe that can be whipped up in one bowl, is made from pantry essentials and is quite adaptable (any oil, any sugar, and easy to jazz up with chocolate chips). It is naturally/accidentally plant-based. Just make sure you’re using browning ripe bananas – this can’t be cheated (trust me, I’ve tried!). It’s a perfect way to rescue bananas that are past the point most people would like to eat them…
